Instructions

What you see
 You are looking at the master calendar for this month, and today is highlighted with a blue background. The types of events are color-coded [e.g., blue is for Live Performances]. The explanatory legend is at the top left of this page. The titles of the events and the starting times are all you see at first. However, when your cursor passes over an event, an information box may pop up to give you some details. If you click on the event, the complete information box pops up to give you the location, admission prices, web links, e-mail, phone, and other contact information, and more. You can print out the calendar and even download it.

Looking at Particular Dates' Events
 You can look ahead for months by clicking either(1) the blue triangles to the left of the name of the month, at the top, or (2) the Prev||Next at the bottom right corner of the calendar or. You can skip to a different month using the small yearly calendar at the left. You can also see just a given week or day, using the tabs at the top of the calendar.

Looking for Types of Events
 You can screen the overwhelming sea of events on the calendar to find particular types of events, such as just Live Performances or Art Events. Select the Calendar type from the drop-down list at the left. The calendar then filters out everything but those kinds of events, and you see different colors for the various events of that type, to show who is sponsoring the event. A color-coded legend for that is at the top left of that calendar. To come back to this Master calendar, select "Master" from the drop-down list at the left.
